Heroes - Another Story

In a recent posting, I shared a Humanitarian Winner’s story because I wanted others to know the numerous ways FedEx employees reach out to help one another as well as strangers. Here’s another example of employees taking care of each other:

When three Fort Worth customer service agents heard a coworker, Ana Brown, lost her daughter to a tragic accident, they immediately responded. Shelley Bonner, Barbara Kilmer and Tina Rogan cleaned house, purchased groceries, coordinated meals and arranged childcare for Ana's eight children. They also coordinated the efforts of neighbors and church friends to ensure Ana, a single parent, and her family received ongoing support during this very difficult time.
