Safe Kids 009.JPG On October 25th, the United States Marine Corps hosted their annual marathon in the nation's capital. This 26.2 mile journey through the streets and past the historical sites and monuments was a thrill. The 4:45 am wake-up call was not.

I had the good fortune to live and work in China about 10 years ago.  It was (and is) one of the most challenging and dynamic countries in the world -- and I have worked in quite a few countries in my 34 years with FedEx! Much has changed in China over the years, but our commitment to China never has.  The newly opened Asia Pacific hub in Guangzhou, China is the latest milestone for FedEx -- it is now our largest hub outside of the U.S. testflightwelcome.jpg

The Holidays are always a special time of year to spend with family and loved ones.  A few years ago I asked my sister, Michelle Miller who serves as director of recruitment and community involvement for AGAPE Child & Family Services, Inc., if there was anything I could do or purchase for the kids her organizations supports during the Holiday season.  She mentioned there was a little boy who wanted a bicycle and fortunately I was able to purchase it for him.  Feeling happy I could make a difference to this boy, I causally mentioned this to my director, Frank LeRose, and he agreed to don mikemillerbikes.jpg
