Janas L. Jackson
FedEx Diversity & Ethnic Outreach Team
Janas is responsible for communications and public relations for Diversity and Ethnic Outreach initiatives within the Social Responsibility department at FedEx Services. She currently oversees FedEx charitable sponsorships with Dress for Success, the National Urban League, National Council of LaRaza, NAACP Image Awards, National Civil Rights Museum, National Hispanic Corporate Achievers, National Association of Hispanic Journalists, National Association of Black Journalists, the Trumpet Awards, and other programs. In the community, she has served as board president of Volunteer Memphis and has been active in the Boys and Girls Clubs, Memphis City School’s “Our Children, Our Future” program, and Delta Sigma Theta, Inc. Her educational background includes a master’s degree in journalism from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
