Paul leads the FedEx Global Operations Control Center -- the GOC. The GOC is the nerve center of FedEx Express's global network and is manned 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. Paul's team, which includes a staff of meteorologists, is the frontline of FedEx Express's global contingency planning including our relief efforts in response to disasters around the world.
