Douglas G. Duncan is president and chief executive officer of FedEx Freight Corporation, a leading U.S. provider of regional and national less-than-truckload (LTL) freight services. Duncan was the founding chief executive officer of FedEx Freight. He also serves on the Strategic Management Committee of FedEx Corporation. In addition to the LTL companies, Duncan oversees strategic direction of FedEx Custom Critical, North America’s largest time-specific, critical shipment carrier; and Caribbean Transportation Services, the leading provider of airfreight forwarding services between the United States and Puerto Rico. Before the formation of FedEx Freight, Duncan served for two years as president and chief executive officer of Viking Freight.
