Memorable assignments have included accompanying a television crew that filmed a shipment of thoroughbred horses from Kentucky to Japan, spearheading external communications in connection with the birth of FedEx Trade Networks and prepping the FedEx chief information security officer for key speaking engagements. A former journalist who secretly longs for a return to the days when newspapers flourished, Cornell is committed to trying his hand at this new-fangled communications medium until then.
